Colocar a massa conforme as instruções da embalagem. Salpicar a cenoura, os brócolis e a ervilha de forma que fiquem bem distribuídos. Acrescentar mais molho branco . Colocar a segunda camada de massa, depois os legumes , colocando por último o molho branco. Salpicar queijo branco light ralado e orégano a gosto.  1/2 xicara de lentilha&lt;br /&gt;  1/2 pimentão verde&lt;br /&gt;   3 xícaras de água&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; temperos : alho, cebola,cheiro-verde , pimenta do reino, molho shoyu e louro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparo:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;lavar bem lentilha e arroz, escorrer.&lt;br /&gt;numa panela , refogar a cebola e o shoyu na ÁGUA, depois acrescentar o alho. Deixar a carne pegando gosto nos temperos enquanto descasca a cebola , rala e pica os tomates.&lt;br /&gt;2. Refogar a  cebola numa frigideira aderente SEM ÓLEO!!! só . ( Ela solta uma aguinha e refoga sozinha!&lt;br /&gt;3. Quando começar a dourar , jogue os tomates já picados , deixe encorpar e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;4. Na mesma frigideira e com um restinho do tomate com cebola refogados , jogue a carne . Deixe dourar.&lt;br /&gt;5. Acrescente o resto do refogado , vá misturando.&lt;br /&gt;6. Junte ao leite a farinha de trigo, misture bem pra não ficar nenhuma bolinha.&lt;br /&gt;7. Jogue na panela ou frigideira e vá mexendo.&lt;br /&gt;8.
